The automobile manufacturers developed a lot of special test procedures for painted and coated components.
OMPG is in a position to offer a wide spectrum of paint tests. Special staff training at large paint manufacturers guarantee a high quality of the tests.
The test spectrum ranges from cross cutting tests and scratch tests to resistance tests with sun cream.
Typical standards are VW TL 226, Daimler DBL 7384 or Opel's standard GMW 14797. All standards contain an extensive test catalogue that demands, among other things, adhesion tests after storage under climate-controlled conditions and aging.
