Thanks to the broad range of equipment OMPG can offer sample granulate production in quantities from 1 kg to 1 t.
Additives, fillers, fibers and liquids can be incorporated to the different of polymers from PP to the moisture-sensitive polyester (PET) and polyamide (PA) materials.
OMPG has many years of experience in incorporating of flame retardants, nanoscale layered silicates and carbon tubes (MWNT). Extrusion can take place in twin screw extruders (ZSK25 or ZSK40) or in laboratory extruders (single screw) depending on the specific application. Melt filtration tests, kneading tests and film manufacture also can be offered.
The manufactured granules can be injection moulded into various test specimens (tension bars, plates, films) and tested in accordance with the relevant standards.
