OMPG can manufacture sample sheets as flat film with a maximum width of 150 mm and wall thicknesses of 50 to 700 µm.
Use of the laboratory extrusion equipment of the company Labtech permits manufacturing 2 and 3-layer films consisting of up to 2 materials.
The laboratory extrusion machines can be equipped in addition with 80 mm or 150 mm blow film nozzles.
The required test quantities are 5 - 10 kg.
The manufactured films can be tested in accordance with the different standards.

Film testing:  

• mechanical tests (tensile properties)
• gas permeability (oxygen, nitrogen, CO2)
• water vapour permeability
• aging
• durability tests
• colour measurement
